These website terms apply to visitors using UBM Networks’ public pages and forms. Project work requires a separate written agreement.
Website information
Website content describes general cabling capabilities and representative project types. It is not a proposal, guarantee, code determination, engineering opinion, or commitment to provide a specific service.
Quote requests
Submitting a form does not create a customer relationship, guaranteed response time, or project commitment. UBM confirms eligibility, scope, availability, and next steps separately.
Project agreements
Pricing, timing, materials, routes, deliverables, responsibilities, testing, access, and exclusions are established only in the applicable proposal, statement of work, or services agreement.
Service boundary
UBM specializes in low-voltage data and communications cabling and does not perform line-voltage electrical work. Site owners and their authorized professionals remain responsible for permits, design approvals, compliance determinations, and work outside UBM’s written scope.
Acceptable use
You may use the website for lawful business-information and request purposes. Do not disrupt the site, submit malicious content, impersonate another person, or access systems without authorization.
Intellectual property
Unless a separate agreement states otherwise, the website’s brand assets, copy, diagrams, and original design elements belong to UBM Networks or its licensors.
